Art Selection Guidelines
This exhibition embraces the spirit of creativity and community. Participation is limited to 9 artists, selected on a first-come, first-served basis.
Selections will be made by reviewing artwork images shared via your homepage or Instagram. While this is a casual and welcoming showcase—not a formal gallery—we do maintain a baseline standard. Works must demonstrate a sense of completion, effort, and artistic intention. Submissions that appear clearly unfinished or violate our content guidelines will be respectfully declined.
Kindly note: Only artists whose work is selected will be notified via email within 2~3 weeks of submission.

Artwork Size: Must be 2D and hangable, width under 24 inches, including the frame. Avoid works that are too small, less than 8 inches, including the frame.
When many artists submit their artworks, small works of 9~11 inches may be displayed in one spot above and below other artists’ artworks.
- There are only 22 hooks for hanging paintings in the exhibition hall, so even if there is space, no more can be hung.
- However, artworks under 10 inches in height and width can be displayed vertically stacked with one hook, so please keep this in mind when submitting smaller works.
- Due to the nature of the exhibition hall, artworks under 7 inches in height are not easily visible, so please avoid very small works.
- Artworks exceeding 24 inches in height cannot be hung at all.
- The ideal size is:
22 inches in height x 24 inches in width
24 inches in height x 18 inches in width - Please refrain from exceeding 26 inches in width, as this will reduce the space available for hanging other people’s paintings.
Presentation Guidelines
To ensure the safety and presentation quality of all artwork:
Paper artworks should be either mounted on wood panels, framed, or placed within transparent acrylic to protect against damage.
Canvas works may be exhibited with or without a frame or border, according to the artist’s preference.
Mounting on the Wall: All artwork must be metal wired and ready to hang
